eStatements
Customers will now have the option to receive their statement electronically and eliminate paper statements.

Multi-user
The designated BIB administrator will be able to create and give other authorized users different access to BIB

Balance reporting with real-time
Customers will be able to view their account balances in real time with the added feature of a running balances

Internal transfers with real-time
Users will be able to transfer between JGB accounts online in real-time (optional)*

Stop Payments
Users can place stop payments online*

ACH payments
Users can make ACH payments (optional)*

Loan Viewing
Users can veiw loan accounts

Loan Payment
Users can make loan payments (optional)*

Loan Advances
Users can make loan advances online (optional)*

Wire Transfers
Users can make wire transfers requests to account officers; cut-off time is 3PM EST (optional)

Bill Payment
Free unlimited bill payments (optional)

Client or Bank Officer can decide to activate the optional features. Basic services and Bill Payment for BIB will be free.

*The system time cut-off is 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Any transaction done after 7:00 p.m. will be done on the next business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, except federal holidays.
